To be safe, allow 3 to 5 working days for production turnaround ex factory from receipt of suitable file and order/payment.
We can accomodate urgent orders, however please check with us first.
Production is commenced on receipt of your payment. The process starts with laying up your supplied image in the best possible way to make the Standup look it's best. We will take into consideration the quality of the image supplied and apply upsizing techniques accordingly to produce the best quality possible from the supplied file. If the file is not good enough we'll let you know.
The next process is to make the cutting line around the image in preparation for the digital cutting machine. This is embedded in a file for use once the standup is printed. We batch print to keep our costs down which is reflected in our selling prices. Please bear in mind that this process takes a bit of time.
We put the completed files into the print queue every day throughout the week to ensure the quickest turnaround possible. We generally dispatch the same day of printing/cutting if we can. From that point the delivery time is dependent on where the standup is being delivered to, examples:

For all items in the Celebrity Cutout and Party Props categories, we guarantee same day dispatch if order placed before 9.30am (EST), orders placed after that time will be dispatched the following day. The exceptions to this is for the larger items i.e. London Bus or where there are special requirements making it a custom job, i.e. branding on the London Bus or similar.
